Samuel Goldman is a New York-based attorney with over 30 years of legal experience who specializes in representing early stage technology companies, including Internet and telecommunications companies. He is an investor in private companies and acts in a business and financial advisory capacity to a number of companies, assisting in the formulation and implementation of business plans, strategic relationships and financing strategies.
Mr. Goldman also has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law and real estate workouts and litigation. He taught several courses at the NYU Real Estate Institute on real estate leasing and lease restructurings.
